Adams Smash Repairs state-of-the-art workshop is a 4500sq m purpose built facility. Many years of industry experience has been put into the original design and layout to allow for a very efficient repair process. The workshop features glass paneling for natural light and rain water tanks to store water for car washing. The workshop floor is epoxy coated and drained to a separator to protect the environment. The panel shop is equipped with the latest equipment, including:

- 8 x Caroliner speed benches
- 4 x Fan inverter spot welders
- 8 x Post Hoist
- 1 x Post Hoist W/Aligner
The paint shop is equipped with:
- 5 x Prep Bays
- 3 x Spray Booths
- 1 x Large Truck Spray Booth
- 1 x Mixing/Paint Room and Storage Room
