The project involves the construction of 3 dwellings for the Aboriginal Housing Office.
Each dwelling consisted of 2 bedrooms, living room, dining, garage and privately fenced yards.
All 3 dwellings and the full stormwater system were constructed over 120 screw piers due to poor ground conditions.
The project was delivered 4 weeks ahead of the original PC Date and within the client budget.
